Can I Schedule A Delivery Date?
Yes of course! Choose your preferred delivery date at checkout. We will handle the rest or give you a call with concerns.
Can I Add A Gift Note?
Yes! It is preferred! Add your message during checkout and we will print it on a notecard.
Can I make changes to a bouquet that is pictured?
Absolutely! Simply add your customization request in the notes section at checkout, and we will work to bring your vision to life.
Delivery
Do you offer same day delivery?
Yes! If ordered by 2 PM. Some substitutions may occur for day of deliveries. The color and look will remain the same.
What if the reciepient is not home?
Drivers follow safe drop off instructions when possible or reattempt delivery if needed.
Care
How long will my flowers last?
Most bouquets look great for 5 to 7 days with fresh water and periodic re-trimming.
How do I make my flowers last longer?
To keep your flowers fresh and vibrant for as long as possible, start by changing the water every two to three days, and each time you do, re-trim the stems and add flower food if available. Keep your arrangement away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and ripening fruit.
Returns & Issues
What if there is a problem with my order?
Please contact orders@alpine-blooms.com within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and order number. We will resolve it promptly.
Can I change my delivery address and date?
🤞 Contact us before your cut-off window and we will do our best to accommodate.
If delivery was already attempted, refunds may be available minus the delivery cost incurred.
