If for whatever reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase or there were delivery problems we want to hear from you.  Please email us at orders@alpine-blooms.com or call 425.271.0888. 

We have a 24-hour return policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a return.

Orders will be reviewed on a one-on-one basis and acted on accordingly.  Please provide details of what went wrong in the process and photos if possible.
